“As a fully qualified History teacher with over 10 years experience across the state and private sectors, I found the use of short video clips to engage students with the subject material, an effective way to help bring that period of History to life.
However, when preparing my lessons, I found that the more specific the video I required, the more difficult it was to find.
I therefore began to create my own videos tailored towards specific events, and made them available on YouTube. I soon discovered that many of my test videos attracted a great deal of interest.
Therefore, I decided I would create entire courses of videos and resources geared solely towards helping students to fulfil their potential, by deepening their subject knowledge and understanding of History.
With a lifelong passion for the subject, I am fully committed to developing Throughout History into an online library of dedicated resources that is engaging and accessible to all.”
